These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Much Travels – Tour Operator (“Much Travels”, “the Company”, “we”, “our”) and the Client, Traveler, Passenger, or Customer (“Traveler”, “Client”, “you”) regarding the purchase, reservation, booking, and use of tourism services offered, marketed, arranged, or operated by Much Travels.
By confirming a reservation, signing a service agreement, making a payment, accepting a quotation, or participating in any travel service arranged by Much Travels, the Traveler acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Much Travels – Tour Operator is a travel and tourism company operating as part of Nefvex S.A., a holding company duly incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Panama.
Nefvex S.A. provides strategic management, corporate governance, administrative support, and business oversight to its affiliated companies and brands.

All reservations are subject to availability and shall only become confirmed after:
The Traveler is responsible for providing complete and accurate personal information required for reservations, including:
The Company shall not be responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the Traveler.
Prices include only the services specifically described in the quotation, itinerary, booking confirmation, voucher, or service agreement.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices do not include:
The payment schedule shall be specified in the booking confirmation or invoice.
Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services and the application of cancellation fees.
Prices may be quoted in USD, EUR, or other agreed currencies.
Exchange rate fluctuations may affect final prices when permitted by applicable law.
The Traveler is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining:
Much Travels shall not be responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, or travel disruptions resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.
Requests for changes are subject to:
Much Travels reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, accommodations, transportation arrangements, schedules, and services when necessary due to operational requirements, safety concerns, force majeure events, or supplier circumstances.
Whenever possible, alternative services of comparable quality and value will be provided.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellation fees may apply according to:
Failure to appear for any booked service constitutes a “No-Show” and may result in the loss of all payments made, subject to supplier policies.
No refunds shall be granted for unused services after the commencement of travel unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The Traveler agrees to:
Any Traveler whose conduct jeopardizes safety, disrupts services, or affects other participants may be removed from services without compensation.
Much Travels acts either as a provider of tourism services or as an intermediary between Travelers and independent suppliers.
Hotels, airlines, cruise lines, transportation providers, activity operators, and other suppliers operate independently and remain responsible for the services they provide.
Much Travels shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Much Travels shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
In such circumstances, Much Travels shall make reasonable efforts to provide alternatives, credits, or rescheduling options whenever possible.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain destinations.
The Traveler is responsible for obtaining insurance coverage appropriate to their needs, including:
The Traveler authorizes Much Travels to collect, process, store, and share personal information with suppliers and governmental authorities when necessary for the provision of travel services.
Personal data shall be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Any complaint regarding services provided must be submitted in writing within ten (10) days following completion of the travel services.
Much Travels shall review and respond to complaints within a reasonable period.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Panama, without prejudice to any rights granted to consumers under applicable law.
